Freeman CD/DVD Services have come up with a great idea... CREATE YOUR OWN CD.

It’s simple really. We write the conference proceedings to your design. You check it using our online proofing facility, making any amendments as necessary. We then supply you with one file.

You distribute this file amongst your delegates/attendees. Each delegate/attendee then installs the file onto their computer or laptop.

A small ‘Event Controller Panel’ will appear when the software is opened. From this panel, your delegate/attendee will be able to view the proceedings, copy presentations, or create their own autostart CD.

The Benefits

There are so many benefits and advantages to using this service:

• More time to gather the speaker presentations and biographies.
  You could even leave it until the first day, or even the last day of the event in some cases.
• Amendments and additions can be made during the event, unlike on a CD.
  The amended “software” will be forwarded by us and will simply replace the previous version, no matter where you are in the world with your event.
• After the event, supply a complete copy of all proceedings, including all speaker presentations and biographies etc.
  You could offer a download from your website as a chargeable service.
• Less weight in your suitcase!

The Costs

You will only be charged for the technical writing of the conference proceedings.

The Savings

No CDs, surface printing, burning, packaging, delivery or proofing charges.

What about CDs?

If any of your delegates/attendees would like to create their own CD, why not have some blank CDs already printed with your company logo, leaving space for delegates to write the event title, date etc?

We'll produce them for you...
