CD Roms are an excellent tool for distributing conference, event and meeting material to conference delegates.

Freeman CD/DVD Services specialise in the writing of CDs for conference companies, either to go with the event or post conference. The CDs are normally produced in a "website" style and layout, and can include slide shows, PDFs, video and sound files.

We print directly onto the CD surface, (no labels), and supply them in jewel cases or clear plastic sleeves. We will also print an insert for the jewel case if you feel that it would enhance the finished product.

Conference on CD

The Delegate
Our conference CDs have a combination of ease of use with powerful navigation and search functions. We produce CDs which include presentations, biographies and photographs of speakers, plus multimedia introductions to the event and its venue.

The Sponsors
For sponsors CDs provide excellent opportunities to spread the message. The packaging of the CD can show branding and advertising. On the CD itself there are opportunities for further advertising as well as audio and video files, demo software, and supporting text and presentation files.

Promotional CDs

CDs are very useful for the promotion of your company, event or new product. Freeman CD/DVD Services can produce an exciting interactive CD from which your customers can view your products, contact you via email, or order your goods or services 'online'.
