| Online
conference documentation
In
this difficult economic climate you may not wish to run to the
expense of producing CDs for your conference material. We can
produce and host a website of the event and agenda at low cost,
allowing delegates to follow the event, read speaker biographies
and view and download presentations.

Of course
we still produce the CDs.
Conference
CDs
Sponsorship
can often be a major source of revenue. For many of our conference
CDs our costs are entirely covered by sponsorship. So there
is profit from sponsorship of CDs as well as from sales of the
CD after the event.
There
are three main considerations: the conference organiser, the
delegate, and the sponsors.
The
Conference Organiser
Both
attendees/delegates and event sponsors benefit from event CDs:
therefore the conference organiser benefits too. Attendees get
a convenient resource that contains all the event presentations
and papers in an easily searchable form, plus all the contact
details from speakers, advertisers and exhibitors. This enhances
their experience of the event and makes them want to return
to future events.
The
Delegate
Our
conference CDs have a combination of ease of use with powerful
navigation and search functions. We produce CDs which include
presentations, biographies and photographs of speakers, plus
multimedia introductions to the event and its venue.
The
Sponsors
For
sponsors CDs provide excellent opportunities to spread the message.
The packaging of the CD can show branding and advertising. On
the CD itself there are opportunities for further advertising
as well as audio and video files, demo software, and supporting
text and presentation files.
Online
Proofing Service
Freeman Services offer an ‘ONLINE PROOFING SERVICE’.
This allows more time to finalise presentations. We also produce
the surface design FREE OF CHARGE.
Promotional
CDs CDs
are very useful for the promotion of your company, event or
new product. Freeman Services can produce an exciting interactive
CD from which your customers can view your products, contact
you via email, or order your goods or services 'online'. |
